We are seeking an enthusiastic detail oriented & operationally savvy Process Operations Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task and stay organized while working on a variety of different projects within a fast-paced environment. This person will report to the Manager Process Operations and will assist teams across the organization to help with various campaign setup & operational support as required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as project management support for a variety of marketing campaigns & projects
- Perform operational needs with a focus on ensuring campaign fulfillment requirements are met. This includes daily tasks like; campaign set up across various platforms quality assurance checks daily queue monitoring etc.
- Work closely with various internal teams to identify troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues
- Identify recommendations for process improvements & work with management to implement them
- Assist in creation & maintenance of best practices documentation updates and checklists to share with the team
- Provide general marketing operational support as needed
Qualifications :
Knowledge skills and abilities required:
- Bachelors degree or relevant equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities with great efficiency
- Ability to work independently take initiative and be self-motivated
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with any of the following platforms: Qualtrics Zendesk Salesforce a plus
