Full-Time Mobile Service Coordinator

The Mobile Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of mobile service technicians to customer locations ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

PAY IS DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT $1000.00 PER WEEK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the Mobile Service Department employees and all processes.
• Prospect partner with fleet staff to solicit fleet business.
• Marketing partner with dealership marketing department to promote mobile services.
• Loaner vehicle fleet management.
• Dispatch Mobile Unit and Technician for requested repairs.
• Manage repair order process including creation closeout and payments.
• Customer communication prior to and during the repair. Providing estimates and invoices.
• Work with the service department to ensure customers are scheduled for pickup or delivery.

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

• Experience in a car dealership or experience as a medical scheduler is preferred.
• Must be neat organized and accurate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathic demeanor with good listening skills.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Neat professional personal appearance.
• Must possess a valid IL drivers license with an acceptable driving record

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
