About the position
Looking for a new challenge in the sunny capital of Spain Join a dynamic international team where your technical skills make a real impact! This role combines hands-on know-how with smart problem solving in a friendly and collaborative environment.
Your tasks
- Manage and evaluate repair reports and quotations for spain & portugal
- Control costs while ensuring top-quality service
- Liaise with repair agents and technical partners
- Validate product replacements and monitor accounts payable/receivable
- Build and maintain a strong repair network across spain
- Perform monthly audits and help improve service levels
Your profile
- Technical experience with white & brown goods
- Flexible analytical and detail-oriented mind
- Great communicator and team player
- Fluent Portuguese
- High-level of english
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
