7:00 AM 3:00 PM
3:00 PM 11:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis in Philadelphia this role you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established medical practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Provide basic bedside care including taking vital signs and assisting with hygiene.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Accurately document all nursing services provided in electronic or paper charts.
Assist with admissions discharges and transfers of patients.
Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment for patients.
Adhere to all policies procedures and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
CPR/BLS certification (required).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
