Duration: 13 week contract

Shift: 12-hr Day/Night

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay: $2268 - $2412; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract in Watertown NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a variety of clinical settings including both day and night shifts as part of a rotating schedule. This position requires a strong background in radiologic technology attention to detail and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays CT scans MRIs and other imaging modalities as required.
Prepare patients for imaging exams explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Operate imaging equipment ensuring high-quality images and accurate results.
Maintain proper documentation of imaging procedures patient history and relevant information.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper imaging techniques and diagnostic accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and radiation safety regulations.
Maintain a clean organized and efficient work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements (All Required):

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of radiologic/imaging experience.
Licensure: Must hold a valid New York State (NY) Radiologic Technologist license.
Education: Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
Certification: Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
BCLS Certification: Must have current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
