Job Summary
Ready to take your mechanical skills to the next level Were looking for a hands-on Mechanical Technologist to design manage and deliver innovative building services projects.
Prepare and review design drawings reports and specs across multidisciplinary teams
Perform heat-load calculations & design analysis (SANS EN ASHRAE)
Support senior project leaders and manage a small draughting team
Take projects from concept to completion
Attend client meetings and coordinate on-site activities
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in Building Services
Strong HVAC experience especially chilled water systems
Technical report writing & project management skills
Revit AutoCAD HAP and MS Office proficiency
Team player independent thinker ready to travel
Qualification:
/ in Mechanical Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
