Construction and Facilities Project Specialist

Pay Range:

Education Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business or related degree is required.
• High School Diploma and five years of experience as an assistant or experience in customer service project management or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.

Experience Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in construction support customer service or related experience is required. (This experience is in addition to the in lieu of experience if without a Bachelors degree.)
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel and web-based applications is required.
• Experience is project management is preferred.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
