Pay Range:
$25.53 - $38.29
A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Construction & Facilities Project Specialist to join our team. The Construction & Facilities Project Specialist will work very closely with HSHS construction and facilities management teams. This position is responsible for tracking major action items and comprehensive project documentation including but not limited to project setup contracts pay applications timelines reports internal data entry and submissions to other support departments. This position will be an internal resource on projects and operational initiatives for both facilities and construction teams. This is a strategic position that will focus on organization innovation and aim to improve current processes and create efficiencies across departments.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or related degree is required.
- High School Diploma and five years of experience as an assistant or experience in customer service project management or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
Experience Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in construction support customer service or related experience is required. (This experience is in addition to the in lieu of experience if without a Bachelors degree.)
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel and web-based applications is required.
- Experience is project management is preferred.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
