Were seeking a GTM Operations & Customer Success Lead to help drive our revenue growth.
About the Role
Were looking for a creative hands-on Growth Marketer who can drive both outbound and inbound customer acquisition and manage the customer experience. You have experience building growth marketing from scratch on a limited budget bring energy and creativity and are a self starter. Youll work closely with the Head of Growth and founding team to build scalable campaign systems launch outbound campaigns build Product Led Growth and inbound conversions ensure adoption and expansion and occasionally engage with customers and onboarding to inform your motions.
This will be a hybrid role expected to be in the office in Pioneer Square in Seattle at a minimum of 3 days per week.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos someone who can move fluidly between writing outbound campaigns configuring marketing automations marketing and even helping to manage customer success and growth.

Responsibilities
GTM Systems & Campaigns
- Set up and run marketing systems and campaigns.
- Configure and manage outbound email and marketing systems (Picco Smartlead Hubspot etc.)
- Build test and optimize outbound email campaigns with personalization and segmentation
- Manage integrations between CRM analytics and campaign systems
- Set up dashboards and reporting workflows to track funnel metrics and performance
- Support A/B testing domain warm-up and deliverability monitoring
Marketing & Growth
- Experience with PR and Social Media Marketing
- Manage website and drive Inbound traffic and conversions
- Creatively drive messaging and build reputation on a Startup budget
- Video creation
- Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product roadmap UX and feature prioritization
- Contribute to customer documentation playbooks and training materials
Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Head of Growth to align on GTM priorities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feedback loops and new feature validation
- Build Marketing success stories testimonials and case studies
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing
- Strong technical aptitude
- 3 years of experience in Marketing GTM Ops Marketing Tech roles in technology
- Strong hands-on experience with outbound tools (HubSpot Apollo Instantly Clay etc.)
- Social Media marketing experience
Bonus:
- Basic scripting or workflow automation knowledge (Zapier Make Python etc.)
- Experience at an early-stage SaaS or B2B platform
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tools or growth automation systems
- Prior experience interfacing between Sales Marketing and Product
- Customer facing experience
