Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ICF/HCBS Services
Location: Fort Dodge IA
Schedule: Daytime Hours - Full-Time
One Vision is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our this role you will provide direct nursing care and coordinate health services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and organizational protocols
Collaborate with HCBS teams to ensure individuals safety and well-being
Train staff on medical procedures and medication administration
Monitor and document health conditions and treatments
Advocate for individuals health needs in a person-centered manner
Qualifications:
Current Iowa LPN (Required)
1 year of nursing experience preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities (Preferred)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Basic computer proficiency
Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Schedule:
Full-Time - Daytime hours
Flexibility required to support training or care needs as needed
