The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance and support to the Deans Department & Program Chairs; and Faculty of the Schools of Arts Science & Education as well as the School of Information Technology. This would include:
- Assist Students in a face-to-face environment as well as through email and telephone.
- Perform general Office responsibilities through the use of Banner Workday Microsoft Office including Excel Outlook and Teams; and Google Docs.
- Order office supplies instructor materials and textbooks.
- Manage line schedules syllabi and grade books.
- Assist with and audit budgets for the School programs each month.
- Prepare requisitions travel and registrations for Faculty.
- Maintenance and inventory of equipment lists.
- Organize assist and/or plan College functions such as advisory meetings club or organization events or committee meetings.
- Perform Student prerequisite verification
Salary: $17.00/hour

Associates Degree in Administrative Office Technology or related degree
Two years of office administration experience or equivalent experience required.
Time Management skills are a necessity and the ability to multi-task.
Must possess excellent relationship building skills including working successfully with diverse populations including (but not limited to) college and school personnel Faculty and prospective students.
Must possess effective communication skills
