Job Description Summary

Lead and manage day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations across a commercial facility ensuring reliability safety and compliance of all technical systems. As a Technical Engineering Supervisor / Manager youll oversee a team of technicians and vendors drive preventive maintenance programs and uphold Cushman & Wakefields standards of operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Job Description

About the Role:

Supervise all technical operations and maintenance activities covering HVAC electrical plumbing fire systems and building controls to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
Lead and mentor a team of in-house technicians and contractors ensuring work quality productivity and compliance with safety regulations and ISO standards.
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs and maintain detailed equipment documentation inspection schedules and statutory compliance records.
Manage vendor and AMC performance ensuring service quality timely renewals and adherence to agreed scopes and SLAs.
Prepare technical reports budgets and operational summaries providing insights to support cost optimization sustainability and continuous improvement.

About You:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering field.
Minimum of 35 years experience in facilities or property engineering with proven leadership of technical teams and vendors.
Strong technical understanding of critical building systems (HVAC BMS UPS FDAS STP/WTP energy management etc.).
Skilled in preventive maintenance planning contract management and compliance monitoring.
Familiar with ISO EHS and energy conservation frameworks; safety certification preferred.
