Job Summary
TriTech Enterprise Systems (TriTech) is seeking several Senior Programmers to support a Mayland State contract. The candidates will be working onsite in Annapolis Maryland. The is a long-term contract.
Responsibilities / Duties:
These candidates will:
IT systems hardware and software support and maintenance for ROW IT existing systems.
B. Perform break fix of identified IT issues.
C. Provide support management and installation services for desktop and server operating systems.
D. Provide maintenance and modifications to the application as directed including developing new functions and applications.
E. Manage software development and support using formal specifications data flow diagrams and other accepted design techniques and tools.
F. Interpret software requirements to develop design specifications code and integrate and test software components.
G. Develop requirements for an existing ROW system including the definition design security requirements programming and testing stages of development.
H. Develop project plans with milestones.
I. Develop and execute test plans.
J. Deploy upgrade configure and implement new enhanced and upgraded applications for each of the twenty-five (25) ROW locations.
K. Provide software engineering support including but not limited to planning analysis design modification evaluation testing quality assurance and project management for all current and new applications. This will include enhancements and corrections to the applications functionality.
L. Work closely with other contractors to resolve issues between the applications.
M. Provide image transfer from the electronic document management system in the compatible file format acceptable to other state agencies. Must lead the configuration operation and delivery of the replicated deliverables.
N. Develop web-based and/or eGovernment applications to maintain and enhance the ROW website as directed by ROW.
O. Develop and lead in the design installation configuration and operation of the disaster recovery site implementation replication process.
P. Conduct performance measurements and analysis leading to recommendations for improving network performance.
Q. Conduct analysis design installation configuration and operation of the email software.
R. Work in cooperation with the other contractors ROW staff and other state agencies.
S. Troubleshoot existing code using standard practices.
T. Participate in regular team planning meetings to receive tasks and provide status.
U. Participate in monthly status meetings to include providing a monthly status.

Qualifications / Skill Set:
i. Ten (10) years experience in providing application development support in a multi-user LAN-based Microsoft Windows environment.
ii. Five (5) years experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Professional Edition suite with Visual C#. development programming platforms & utilities.
iii. Five (5) years experience installing configuring operating managing and troubleshooting problems with the Highview Imaging Application.
(5) years experience in providing help desk/application support services to a minimum of 300 users.
