Job Summary
Full Time - Direct Support Professional FLOAT - Front End Nights (Saturday Night Sunday Night Monday Night Tuesday Night)
Location: Fort Dodge & Webster City IA
Schedule: 12-hour shifts - Nights (3 shifts per 4-day block)
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
One Vision is hiring Full-Time Float Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate flexible support across multiple residential sites in Fort Dodge & Webster City IA. This role is perfect for experienced professionals who want variety in their schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What Youll Do:
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in daily living activities: hygiene meals housekeeping laundry and medication self-administration
Foster independence and community involvement by assisting with outings appointments grocery shopping and budgeting
Build meaningful relationships and advocate for personal choice and dignity
Complete documentation and communication logs using basic computer skills
What You Need:
Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
Ability to lift bend kneel and provide physical assistance as needed
Must pass a background check and drug screening
