About the Opportunity:

Northwest Talent Solutions LLC (NWTS) is recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing leader seeking an experienced EHS Manager to champion environmental health and safety excellence within a high-impact production facility.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional passionate about leading teams toward zero incidents regulatory excellence and continuous improvement in safety culture. Youll play a key role in environmental compliance risk reduction and employee well-being driving tangible outcomes across a growing energy-technology enterprise.

What Youll Do:

• Develop implement and oversee EHS programs to ensure compliance with OSHA EPA DOT and state regulations.

• Lead training auditing and risk-assessment initiatives to create a culture of safety ownership and accountability.

• Manage hazardous waste programs environmental reporting and recycling initiatives.

• Conduct investigations identify root causes and design preventive actions for incidents or near-misses.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to champion ergonomics sustainability and process improvements aligned with Lean and 6S principles.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits permits and compliance reporting.

• Serve as a mentor and safety leader for all facility personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Engineering Safety or related field.

• 5 years of progressive EHS experience preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA EPA and state-level environmental and safety standards.

• Proven track record managing hazardous waste ergonomics and risk-reduction programs.

• Preferred: Professional certifications such as CHMM CSP CIH or PE.

• Exceptional leadership communication and training facilitation skills.
