The Opportunity Te Kōwhiringa
We are currently looking for an experienced Northern Territory Operations Manager to oversee our Asphalt Maintenance and Production teams across Northern Territory. Based out of Tivendale the successful candidate will be responsible for the continued growth and performance of all the asphalt maintenanceand production teams to ensure works are delivered in a safe and timely manner and to an acceptable level of you are looking to relocate to Australia this could be the right role for you relocation assistance provided!

This role has a base salary of 190K

We will support you obtaining the relevant working visa for Australia.

Important Skills Nga Pūkenga Matua

A sound understanding in delivering complex asphalt and maintenance operations in both metro and regional locations.
Qualifications in Civil Engineering Business Management or related discipline ideal.
A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients stakeholders and developing new business opportunities.
Exposure to leading teams and driving accountability to achieve business outcomes including safety quality and productivity.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare and monitor operational forecasts and budgets.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate and liaise with people at all levels both internal and external to maintain positive working relationships.
Commitment to quality outcomes with a focus on delivering in full and on time
Strong safety focus - actively participate in and support Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies.
