Position Summary
As a member of the interdisciplinary health care team the RN provides individualized direct patient care in accordance with hospital and practice site policies procedures and established standards of nursing care and practice in collaboration with the Medical Provider. The RN promotes restoration of health and achievement of patient health goals through assessment planning implementation and evaluation in the delivery of patient care as defined by clinic and nursing philosophy.
Location: This positions home base will be at our Minneapolis hospital with one day a week at our Lakeville Clinic & occasional coverage at our St. Paul Hospital.
