Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse range of patients
- Deliver high-quality evidence-based physical therapy care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans exercises and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinic policies and industry standards
Qualifications :
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Georgia (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to exceptional patient care and positive outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
