- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management
- Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Manage inventory stock levels and supply orders
- Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback professionally
- Participate in hiring training and developing new team members
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the facility
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Assist in preparing reports and presenting information to upper management
