Configuration and Data Management Analyst

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

Sev1Tech is searching for an entry level Configuration and Data Management Analyst. The Configuration and Data Management Analyst will support the implementation operation and improvement of meshONE-Terrestrial (T) a scalable resilient cybersecure data transport network supporting United States Space Force (USSF) and Air Force (USAF) missions.

meshONET is the ground component of the larger meshONE concept and will eventually integrate with the Air and Space components of meshONE to provide an endtoend network solution across all mediums environments and warfighting domains.

Overview/Job responsibilities:

• Manage and issue document numbers for all Program documents processes procedures and checklists.
• Conduct annual reviews of all Program documents processes procedures and checklists with appropriate Service Teams.
• Manage revisions obtain approval signatures archive previous revisions and announce new releases.
• Manage documentation templates in Word PPT Excel etc ensuring that all contain the correct headers footers distribution statements etc.
• Provide support in managing Contract Deliverables ensuring all transactions are documented files are archived correctly and authors reviewers are aware of transactions and next steps.
• Review products to ensure correct format template etc. provide feedback to authors.
• Provide support with SharePoint tools creation and maintenance as requested.
• Provide support to the Configuration Manager with tasks such as processing Engineering Release Records archiving drawings retiring obsolete versions and updating the Configuration Status Accounting System.
• Complete quarterly checks for End of Life and End of Service Dates update the obsolescence database as needed.
• Conduct technical reviews of Mission Partner external connection information with associated Service Teams. Collect comments and provide feedback to the Government within required timelines.
• Coordinate with Service Operations and Service Design regarding DRs that need to be presented to the Service Improvement Working Group.

Salary Range: $75000 to $85000

• Entry Level willing to take direction and ask questions for clarification
• Strong oral and written skills able to talk with technical subject matter experts government civilians and military personnel of varying rank
• Excellence in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel Project Outlook etc)
• Travel: 10% to surrounding USAF USSF locations as needed

Security Clearance: Secret eligible

• Prior military experience is a plus
• Willingness to help in many areas and take the opportunity to learn new skills.
