What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative and client support across domestic and international relationships
- Manage calendars emails meetings and internal coordination for Directors
- Prepare and format documents agreements and client correspondence
- Create valuations investment summaries proposals and reports
- Coordinate local and international courier logistics
- Assist with client onboarding KYC and documentation
- Support compliance record-keeping and quality control
- Act as point of contact for routine client queries (with oversight)
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Highly organised detail-oriented and reliable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive client information
- Prior experience in administrative or support roles (preferably in financial services or wealth management)
