Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager preferably within the Property Estate Management or Hospitality Industry
Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management Corporate Communications Public Relations or related field is essential
Proficient in MS Office Website Management Email Marketing Platforms
Experienced in Event Management HOA Stakeholder Engagement Content Creation Brand Management Budget Management
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication
Own Transport required
Contactable references and payslips required on request

Salary Structure:

Annual CTC of R 340 000 based on experience
Includes Provident Fund
18 Leave Days
