In this pivotal role youll help shape and deliver internal communications that inspire inform and align colleagues with our strategic vision. Youll collaborate across teams and geographies to ensure our internal messaging reflects our brand and valuesclearly consistently and creatively.
What Youll Do:
Develop and execute engaging internal communications plans and campaigns
Partner with global colleagues to deliver a unified people-first narrative
Advise leaders and teams on effective internal communications strategies
Create inspiring content across multiple channels including video and intranet
Support reputational and issues management in collaboration with external comms
Measure impact and drive innovation in internal communications
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in internal communications within a global matrixed organisation
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent writing editing and content creation abilities (including video)
Familiarity with SharePoint Viva Engage and intranet tools
A keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset
Bonus if you bring:
Fluency in additional languages
Experience in legal or professional services
