About the position

Were seeking a strategic and service-driven leader to join our Future Growth Portfolio as Senior Manager Admissions. This role is central to delivering high-quality enrolment experiences and driving growth across diverse student markets.

Reporting to the Director Admissions & Scholarships youll lead operational delivery and continuous improvement across the admissions lifecycle. Youll collaborate with academic and professional teams to optimise systems enhance student experience and ensure compliance.

Duties at this level:

Lead domestic and international admissions operations and reporting.
Drive service excellence and conversion through process innovation.
Align team performance with strategic university goals.
Contribute to cross-functional projects and technology enhancements.

Skills and knowledge:

Works effectively both independently and in teams to support high-quality admissions outcomes.
Understands and applies admissions policies procedures and systems with sound judgment.
Interprets legislation and guidance relevant to domestic and international admissions.
