About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in the U.S. Real Estate industry to lead the sourcing and hiring of Vice President-level executives and senior leadership roles. The ideal candidate is a highly driven recruiter with a deep understanding of real estate operations leadership dynamics and U.S. market trends.
You will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition from strategic sourcing and outreach to managing the candidate experience and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier VP-level and senior leadership candidates across the U.S. real estate sector including roles in property management development acquisitions leasing asset management and operations.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search methods and industry-specific platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of high-caliber real estate professionals and executives.
- Conduct initial screenings and competency assessments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers HR teams and executive leadership to define role requirements and refine search strategies.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle sourcing screening interviewing shortlisting and coordinating offers.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends compensation benchmarks and talent movements within the U.S. industry.
- Maintain detailed and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Represent the company professionally to all candidates and stakeholders ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years specializing in the U.S. real estate industry (commercial residential or mixed-use).
- Proven success in executive-level recruitment (VP Director or C-Suite roles).
- Strong familiarity with U.S. real estate companies roles and market structures.
- Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search and headhunting techniques.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment aligned with U.S. time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for brokerage investment or development firms.
- Working knowledge of ATS tools (e.g. Greenhouse Workable Bullhorn or similar).
- Understanding of real estate licensing regulatory and compliance landscapes in the U.S.
