Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (PST)
Timezone: Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive HR Administrative Specialist based in the Philippines to help manage and support the companys HR operations.

This remote position is responsible for ensuring HR processes run smoothly maintaining compliance with Philippine labor laws and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.



Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws (DOLE SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG).

  • Maintain employee records HR policies and documentation.

  • Manage recruitment onboarding and background checks.

  • Coordinate payroll processing and statutory benefits.

  • Handle employee relations queries and support performance evaluations.

  • Oversee training employee engagement and development programs.

  • Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics dashboards.



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.

  • 23 years of HR administration experience preferably in a remote setup.

  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.

  • Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and remote collaboration tools.

  • Highly self-motivated detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
