Accounting Graduate Fresher - Contract to Hire Role
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Fresher to join our accounting team as a Contract to Hire role for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable / Receivable Reconciliation and other related tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and assist in report preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting queries and provide excellent customer service
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements

- Graduate in / BBA (Finance) / or equivalent (2022/2023/2024 pass-outs)
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel preferred
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

- Salary: Up to 20000 CTC per month
- Experience: 01 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Employment Type: Contract to hire role for 12 months
- Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Requirements: Education: Any Graduate (Bachelors degree in any discipline). Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in Customer Support Inbound Sales or BPO voice process will be an added advantage. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of sales techniques upselling cross-selling and objection handling. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve escalations efficiently. Strong time management multitasking and deadline-oriented mindset. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office CRM tools ticketing systems etc.). Behavioral Competencies: Positive attitude with a customer-first approach. High level of adaptability and flexibility. Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA targets. Work Mode: Work from Office Shift Timing: Afternoon Shift (12:30 PM 02:30 AM IST)
