Job Summary

COLSA is seeking a Validation & Verification Analyst in support of theMissile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC)inHuntsville Alabama. This role is 100% on-site.

Will apply understanding of modeling and simulation (M&S) to perform integrated threat scenario validation and verification (V&V) testing and analysis for the ITASE V&V Team onsite at MSIC. This includes:

Software validation and verification testing and analysis:
- Performing software release testing ofITASE threat models and Architecture Suite
- Analyzing M&S performance of small to large integrated scenarios focusing on messages sent between simulation federates and comparing threat model performance to Intelligence data
- Configuring complex M&S scenarios using threat model documentation and Intelligence data
- Executing simulation scenarios using multiple simulations such as ITASE AFSIMand/or NGTS
- Executing simulations with user-configured(Constructive) threat models as well asOperator-in-the-Loop (OITL) threat models
- Using Gitlab Software ConfigurationManagement for software issue reportingand file configuration management
- Performing software issue resolution testing
- Using Microsoft Excel Word andPowerPoint for documenting test reports and
  results
Team Collaboration:
- Using MatterMost collaboration software toclearly and effectively communicate withteams between multiple labs and locations
- Work within the V&V team as well as with allteams in the program and at multipleIntelligence Production Centers (IPCs) suchas NASIC NGIC and ONI
Candidate selected must:
- Efficiently manage personal tasking makeinformed decisions with minimal supervisionand proactively seek out the necessaryinformation to complete assignments
- Work in a fast-paced lab environment onsiteat MSIC interfacing routinely with bothContractor and Government employees
- Exercise effective technical written and oralcommunication with Program Managementand teammates
- Multitask well have a positive attitude behighly motivated and a productive teamplayer
