Versent is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Lead Consultant Power Platform to deliver cutting-edge end-to-end solutions for our this role youll champion technical excellence shape innovative outcomes and lead teams to success.
What Youll Do
Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand needs and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
Design & Deliver: Architect and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) Power Automate and Dataverse.
Lead Projects: Oversee technical delivery ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely completion.
Mentor & Guide: Provide technical support and coaching to consultants and engineers.
Champion Agile: Lead scrum ceremonies own user stories and drive continuous improvement.
Foster Team Culture: Build a positive inclusive environment aligned with Versents values.
What Youll Bring
Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT with strong expertise in Power Platform.
Skills: Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse. Bonus: Copilot Studio AI Builder Dynamics Customer Experience.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical delivery and mentor others.
Communication: Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
Mindset: Thrive in agile fast-paced settings; work autonomously or as part of a team.
