The Role
Were excited to offer a new opportunity for a Category Lead Facilities Management to join our Procurement team. This pivotal role will contribute to the success of our group-wide procurement strategy delivering optimal commercial outcomes across Crowns integrated resort operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic sourcing initiatives focused on enhancing cost efficiency quality delivery and technology standards.
- Managing day-to-day sourcing activities and special procurement projects in alignment with the broader category strategy.
- Engaging regularly with business units to understand service needs address challenges and provide strategic procurement guidance to drive commercial value.
- Championing innovation and sustainability in sourcing practices including environmental management initiatives.
- Evaluating supplier offerings to identify innovative solutions that reduce costs and improve service delivery.
About You
This role is ideal for a procurement professional with experience in facilities management ready to thrive in a fast-paced complex environment. Youll bring energy insight and a strategic mindset to help deliver on Crowns procurement goals.
Were looking for someone with:
- A degree in Business Commerce or Facilities Management (highly regarded).
- Proven experience in contract development sourcing and tendering.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with confidence engaging at all levels.
- A track record of identifying and delivering sustainable cost-saving opportunities.
