Property Management Head Real Estate Group Metro Manila Philippines

A premier real estate group is looking for a Property Management Head to join its executive team. Reporting to the President the successful candidates responsibility is to oversee the management and operations of the property management business unit. This includes ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and creation of sustainable value across a diverse portfolio of residential properties.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Real Estate Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field

With 10 years of experience in property or facilities management with 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple properties

Comprehensive knowledge of property management principles real estate laws in the Philippines lease agreements financial modeling and budgeting

Excellent management communication and leadership skills

Willingness to be based in Metro Manila with travel to different properties nationwide
