Job Summary
Our Enterprise Technology Division is looking for a Product Manager. The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing a career in Product Development or Enterprise Applications. You are driven ambitious and possess excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to work well within a team to deliver smart solutions. Each member of Enterprise Technology Division is a critical contributor to the success of our products. Your valuable contributions will be used daily by our passionate Equinox members and staff. This position is a full-time position located at our NYC Corporate Office.
The Product Manager will work under the guidance of a Director and will be tasked with the following:
Responsibilities:
- Establish a long-term vision set goals and build a roadmap that positions the team for success
- Create user stories establish acceptance criteria manage tickets and help troubleshoot complex issues
- Liaise with teams across the organization and manage relationships with business partners and vendors
- Collaborate with Engineering Design Analytics and QA to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and priorities
- Coordinate change management with key stakeholders and maintain documentation of product features
- Identify new opportunities based on research industry trends and best practices
Qualifications :
Required:
- 5 years of prior work experience in a similar or related role with a focus on Salesforce products
- An entrepreneurial attitude with a strong sense of reliability and ownership
- The ability to focus on a problem at hand while considering the companys long-term strategy
- Experience using/generating data to guide decision making
- The ability to work in a changing environment and be able to deal with ambiguity and bring clarity to teams
- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to simplify complex technical solutions for human consumption
- A passion for health fitness and hospitality
Preferred:
- Project management and/or Scrum Master experience
- Proven track record of launching products that have real business and customer impact
- Experience working with enterprise applications mobile web and/or back-end application development environment
- Experience working with an issue tracking system and/or workflow management tools
- APIs Analytics and SQL experience
- Experience with payment processing systems including billing and financial reconciliation
Pay Transparency: Min $110K - Max $120K
THIS ROLE IS HYBRID - 4 DAYS ON SITE
