The Opportunity
The Performance and Quality Administrative Officer plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of the performance quality and accreditation framework within the Monash Business School. This position encompasses a broad range of professional administrative responsibilities including providing governance and executive support to committees and working groups coordinating events managing the collection collation and analysis of data and reviewing and improving business processes. The role also involves maintaining information repositories for the Schools quality reporting functions and delivering general administrative support to the Performance and Quality team. The Officer will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders exercising sound judgement and a commitment to excellence in processes to provide timely and reliable advice and support across the School.
As the successful candidate you will have excellent administration skills and a proven ability to deliver effective operational processes. You will demonstrate strong organisational skills the ability to prioritise tasks meet deadlines and a hands-on commitment to customer service. The role requires working effectively as part of a team while exercising independence and sound judgement. You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills clear communication and the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of clients. You will also be proficient in business software including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
