Job Summary
Cook North Wollongong Hotel Week Day Shifts!
The North Wollongong Hotel is looking for a reliable and experienced cook to join our kitchen team. This role offers approximately 2324 hours per week working set days on Monday Tuesday and Thursday. Were after someone who can handle a fast-paced pub kitchen is confident with prep and service and takes pride in delivering quality consistent food. Experience in a similar bistro or pub setting is preferred. A solid understanding of food safety and the ability to work both independently and within a team is essential. This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-known local venue with a supportive team and steady hours.
A day in the life of a Cook:
- Proactively complete food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility which is centred around safety and procedural compliance
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that WOW our guests
Qualifications :
About you:
- You have experience working as part of a team in a fast paced bistro-style kitchen
- You are passionate about the guest experience and delivering high quality dishes
- You have great organisation and communication skills and use them to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
- Youll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
