- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy

- Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions and schedules

- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. when required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
