Southeast Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a detail-oriented PRN Painter to support our Jacksonville and St. Augustine this hands-on role youll help maintain the professional appearance and safety of our clinics through painting surface preparation touch-ups and minor maintenance repairs as needed.
ð¼ What Youll Do
As a PRN Painter youll play a vital role in keeping our facilities well-maintained and visually appealing. Youll complete scheduled painting projects assist with minor repairs and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
ð Essential Functions
Perform painting touch-ups and surface preparation for interior and exterior areas across clinics and headquarters
Repair and refinish walls trim doors and other surfaces as needed
Assist with general maintenance and preventative upkeep of furniture fixtures and equipment
Maintain painting supplies tools and inventory; ensure materials are stored safely
Conduct walkthroughs to identify needed touch-ups or repairs
Assist Facilities Manager with special projects remodels and vendor coordination
Respond to maintenance work orders as assigned
â What Were Looking For
Education: High school diploma/GED preferred
Experience: 12 years of commercial or residential painting experience; light maintenance experience a plus
Requirements: Valid drivers license & ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
Knowledge: Paint types surface preparation finishing techniques and general building maintenance
Skills:
Precision in painting and detail work
Strong communication with Facilities team and clinic staff
Ability to manage multiple work orders and timelines
Abilities:Work independently and efficiently on an as-needed basis
Lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in varying conditions
