Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information through phone email and chat.
  • Offer product and service details and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Foster customer satisfaction with friendly and professional communication.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Native Dutch speaker with strong English language skills.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours within a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
  • Strong team player with effective time management skills.
