- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer support or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
- Familiarity with sales techniques including up-selling cross-selling and objection handling.
- Achievement-oriented and motivated to work in a sales-driven environment.
- Solid IT knowledge and technical understanding.
- Excellent listening skills to effectively understand customer needs.
- Ability to conduct effective qualification to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries through calls emails and chat related to post-sales requests.
- Make outbound calls as necessary to resolve customer issues and liaise with various internal business units.
- Create quotes and follow up on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities while maintaining a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of the store portfolio and post-sales processes.
- Initiate and manage post-sales tasks including order cancellations claims management order and delivery follow-ups refund requests and escalations.
