About the Role
As the Retail Manager youll be the driving force behind store performance leading and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading training and inspiring your team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Managing stock merchandising and rosters to ensure efficient operations.
- Supporting in-store recruitment onboarding and ongoing team development.
- Promoting a positive inclusive culture where both staff and customers thrive.
- Ensuring compliance safety and operational standards are met consistently.
About You
Youre a confident leader who thrives on delivering results and inspiring others. Youll bring:
- Proven retail or people management experience ideally in a high-volume store.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage budgets wages and performance KPIs.
- A proactive hands-on attitude and a passion for great customer service.
- A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sector or holding an S2/S3 medications certificate will be highly regarded.
