About the Opportunity:
Northwest Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer in the search for an accomplished Manufacturing Manager. This is a critical high-impact leadership opportunity to develop optimize and scale manufacturing processes for cutting-edge circuit card assemblies and electronic systems that power mission success.

What Youll Do:

Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Technicians and Engineers driving performance in quality output and safety.

Oversee qualification of new processes and implement continuous improvement across mature product lines.

Define and document manufacturing procedures time standards and cost efficiencies.
-
Spearhead new equipment evaluation and automation initiatives to enhance throughput and consistency.
-
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering Quality and Operations to resolve issues and deliver excellence.
-
Own automated manufacturing cells reducing labor variation and strengthening process control.
-
Support NC programming tooling and fixture design ensuring manufacturability at every stage.

Champion a culture of safety compliance and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
-
5 years in manufacturing or process engineering with 3 years of people leadership experience.
-
Expertise in circuit card assembly and sensitive electronics manufacturing.
-
Working knowledge of IPC and NASA standards.
-
Proven success improving manufacturing systems from raw material to finished goods.
-
Exceptional communication and influence skills across all levels.
-
Preferred: Six Sigma / Lean Certification and hands-on experience with SMT programming.

$140000$155000 annual base salary
