About the Role
As Head of Sales & Acquisition youll build Mucho Dineros creator acquisition function from scratch. Youll hire and lead a commission-based team of appointment setters and closers develop irresistible offer frameworks and systemize outreach using tools like Notion Make and Slack.
The ideal candidate combines sales leadership with deep understanding of human psychology: how to create emotional clarity remove doubt and make offers feel like no-brainers.
This is not a theoretical role. Youll build lead test iterate and close & fast.
Top 5 Objectives
Build the Acquisition Engine - Design and systemize outbound outreach inbound flows referral systems and CRM structure.
Craft Irresistible Offers - Develop acquisition offers using behavioral frameworks (e.g. Hormozi-style) tailored to different creator profiles.
Lead & Train Sales Team - Recruit and manage a team of commission-based setters/closers; implement KPIs SOPs and daily workflows.
Optimize Acquisition Process - Monitor data calls conversion rates and bottlenecks to improve pipeline speed and efficiency.
Grow Creator Base Predictably - Acquire high-quality brand-safe creators who meet revenue audience and brand alignment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop multi-channel outbound outreach (DM flows referrals inbound funnels).
Build SOPs scripts and training assets for team-wide sales execution.
Use sales psychology to create emotional resonance and buyer confidence.
Manage Notion-based dashboards and automate reporting workflows.
Track KPIs: booked calls close rates CPA objection types conversion metrics.
Continuously test and refine offer positioning based on feedback and performance.
Collaborate with Systems Operations and Finance to streamline acquisition.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 - 5 years of experience in sales business development or creator acquisition.
Proven success building and leading remote commission-based sales teams.
Mastery of buyer psychology objection handling and value-based selling.
Track record designing high-converting offers and closing high-ticket deals.
Strong command of English (written and spoken); persuasive and clear communicator.
Data-driven self-sufficient and execution-focused.
Experience with Notion Make (Integromat) and CRM tools is a plus.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Qualified calls booked per week
Call-to-close rate
DM/outreach response rates
Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Creator revenue progression after onboarding
Quality and conversion of offers over time
Compensation
Base Salary: Competitive based on experience and region
Probation: 2-month evaluation period
Bonuses: Performance-based commissions on creators signed and retained
Growth: Revenue share opportunities and fast-track to Sales Director role
