Job Summary

Regional Sales and Operations Manager

The Regional Sales and Operations Manager will oversee the daily and tactical sales functions of studio operations. This role is responsible for the execution of sales strategies review & analysis of industry trends development and overall performance of the assigned region. This leader will demonstrate a high caliber approach to team development as well as have an entrepreneurial mindset for growing the business. This role will report to the Area Director of Sales & Operations.

Responsibilities
Design deliver and evaluate business strategies and efficiencies that exceed the Sales and Operational Standards of the company and Franchisor.
Provide leadership to influence develop and enable team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Plan monitor and manage expenses to impact the studio P&L.
Evaluate the needs of the team hire train develop and retain staff.
Set clear expectations and evaluate the performance outcome of stated goals.
Monitor team performance. Conduct routine 1:1 weekly/monthly meetings with regional leaders to motivate coach develop and strengthen the skill set of the team.
Ensure member experience aligns with Orangetheory Brand of excellence.
Achieve overall success in the day-to-day operations for the assigned region through sales attrition labor expense management operating profits NPS and guest satisfaction metrics.
Conduct studio audits and other operational efficiency audits across the region to ensure efforts are focused on building sales hiring expense controls employee and client satisfaction.
Partner cross-functionally with studios peers Regional Support Teams Franchisor and other corporate partners.
Ensure the equipment and facility operations are in proper working order.
Requires 90% travel across designated region; occasional out of state travel may be requested.

High level of business acumen with a solid understanding of standard business principles.
Problem-solver with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Collaborate cross functionally with staff peers and other business partners.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other information software.
Ability to work flexible schedules which may include evenings weekends and holidays.


Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
3-5 years of people management sales operations or related field.
5 years experience in a multi-unit business role in retail sales fitness or hospitality industry a plus.

Work Conditions
Telephone usage to communicate with internal and external customers.
Walking: frequent walking inside and outside the studio.
Physical effort with an ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
Ability to bend squat reach kneel climb and/or standing on feet for long periods of time.
Ability to work on weekends and holidays as directed by business needs.
Requires 90% travel across designated region; occasional out of state travel may be requested.

Pay Information: $80000.00 - $90000.00 annually Bonus Commission
