- Monitor and analyze sales performance by channel and branch.
- Continuously increase sales per customer family and product category.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers through proactive support.
- Conduct marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
- Identify qualify and develop new business opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve product-related problems and customer queries.
- Collect and analyze market data to understand customer behavior and competitor strategies.
- Compile and report on dealer activity pricing trends market changes and channel performance.
- Provide technical product support manage customer complaints and assist with onboarding and admin procedures.

Qualifications & Experience Required Education Master other certification:- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate.
- A valid and appropriate light vehicle drivers license (South African Code 08).
- Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing or Business Management
Experience (years):- At least 3 years in a similar role and 2 years in junior management.
- Strong financial acumen including basic understanding of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
- Must be self-driven resilient under pressure results-oriented and possess a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication decision-making planning and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
Skills:- Proficient in MS Office at an intermediate level.
- SAP knowledge and a technical/mechanical background are advantageous.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
