Location: National (Hybrid/Remote options)
Salary: R45000 per month Commission

A turnkey training and business solutions provider is expanding nationally. Were looking for dynamic B2B Partnership Managers with a strong sales and business development background to grow their client base and partnerships across South Africa.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience preferably in training technology or professional services.
- Proven track record in lead generation relationship management and closing high-value deals.
- Strong presentation negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel.
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales or related field.
- Consistent achievement above sales quotas.
- Experience selling into corporate and enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and strategic partnerships within the B2B sector.
- Identify qualify and close deals across multiple industries.
- Represent the brand at networking events conferences and trade shows.
- Develop and execute territory and sales strategies to meet targets.
- Conduct client presentations product demos and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain detailed records and reports using CRM tools.
