Shifts Available: 8-hr Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The LPN will provide direct patient care assist with medical treatments and ensure patient comfort and safety during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care under supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress
Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene and mobility
Collaborate with the healthcare team on care plans
Maintain a safe clean patient environment
Document nursing care and patient interactions
Respond to patient needs and emergencies
Follow healthcare regulations and policies

Qualifications:

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN.
Knowledge of nursing practices and medications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexible availability for day evening or night shifts.
