Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 9:30 AM 3:00 PM
Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate dedicated and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis in Philadelphia PA. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills a patient-focused approach and the flexibility to work varying shifts. Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patients conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Assist with personal care including bathing dressing and feeding.
Ensure a clean safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.
Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
