Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to support data engineering requests build pipelines and manage data tables for Global Parts Pricing. The role involves understanding business requirements designing data solutions and delivering with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS cloud tools PySpark Snowflake and GitHub along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Support data engineering requests including building data pipelines and managing data tables.
Understand and analyze requirements and business impacts through intake meetings.
Design and deliver scalable data solutions using AWS and Snowflake.
Manage development deployment and releases on a bi-weekly cadence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

MANDATORY SKILLS

5 7 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree (or 3 5 years with a Masters Degree).
EMR PySpark
EMR Lambda
AWS Tools (Athena Glue CloudFormation)
Git/GitHub
Snowflake
Requirements Gathering
Strong programming communication and problem-solving skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS

Experience supporting global or enterprise-level data engineering environments.
Familiarity with Agile development and bi-weekly release cadences.
Exposure to data modeling and ETL processes in AWS ecosystems.
