We are seeking a skilled Real Estate & Transactional Attorney to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting real estate closings and general transactional matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and oversee residential and commercial real estate closings
• Review title searches and prepare title opinions
• Identify and resolve title issues efficiently
• Draft and review legal documents including deeds contracts affidavits and settlement statements
• Advise staff clients agents and lenders on Alabama real estate law and closing practices
• Serve as attorney-of-record on transactions
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all transactions
• Assist with general transactional legal matters as needed
• Support business development and firm growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Active Alabama law license in good standing (Required)
• Must reside in Alabama (Required)
• Florida law license is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate and/or transactional law preferred
• Strong understanding of Alabama property and title law
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Qualia or other real estate closing software is a plus
• Experience with Probate & Estate Planning matters preferred
