| Qualifications: |
| Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus. |
| 15 years of sales experience in the extrusion or manufacturing industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. |
| Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market. |
| Strong technical knowledge of extrusion processes machinery and applications. |
| Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. |
| Willingness to travel as required. |
