Responsibilities

Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions
Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms with training and support provided
Learn and apply lead generation techniques conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates
Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
Support onboarding processes as you build train and mentor your team
