Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Agent Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our agents and ensuring smooth daily operations transaction coordination and client communication. This part-time position will require approximately 20 hours per week. This is an in-office position and requires an active Real Estate license. Equal Opportunity Employer.

  • Prepare and review real estate contracts and documents (Buyer Agency Listing Agreements Offers to Purchase)
  • Coordinate transaction timelines schedule appointments and attend appointments or showings as needed
  • Communicate with attorneys lenders inspectors and cooperating agents
  • Review and organize disclosures and closing documents
  • Measure properties and calculate square footage
  • Coordinate with ancillary services (mortgage title and warranty)
  • Manage calendar database and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and organize transaction files and documentation
  • Prepare monthly reports and agent billing
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.


  • Active North Carolina Real Estate License(required)


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction workflow
  • Familiarity with MLS platforms DocuSign ZipForm and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • At times may require flexibility in your work schedule in order to meet deadlines and complete tasks
  • Reliable transportation a valid NC Drivers License and proof of insurance
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service mindset with a proactive team-first attitude
